Steps

Blend the puree along with the sugar and the vanilla essence. Keep aside.

Beat the cream until soft peaks are formed.

Fold this in the mango puree slowly until well combined.
- 4
Pour this in an airtight container and freeze until set.
- 5
After about 2 hours, remove it and give a thorough mix once again with a spatula or a spoon and freeze.
- 6
After 6 to 8 hours, enjoy this fruity homemade extravaganza
