Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlrice
  2. 1/2 cupfrench beans chopped
  3. 1/2capsicum chopped
  4. 1/4 cupcarrot chopped
  5. 1green chilli chopped
  6. 3 piecesgarlic chopped
  7. 2 tablespoonssoya sauce
  8. 1 teaspoonvinegar
  9. as requiredSalt
  10. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  11. 2 tablespoonscooking oil
  12. For garnishing
  13. leavesCoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all put oil and garlic in a kadahi.saute for 1minutes.add beans,green chilli,capsicum,carrot cook for 2 minutes.add salt and black pepper.mix it well.

    Now add boiled rice.add soya sauce and vinegar.cokk for 3_4 minutes.Fried rice is ready.Serve hot.enjoy
