Boiled the milk and add 2 tbspn of vinegar then "chana" is ready

Rinse it under tap water and leave it for 15 min to remove the remaining water

Start meshing the chana till it become smooth.then make some balls with it

Take 2 cup water and 2 cup sugar and boil it for 5 minutes then add balls in it and boil for 10 minutes then rosogolla is ready to surve
