Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMaida
  2. 4 tspoil for moyan
  3. 3 tspsuji
  4. Oil for frying
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspajwain

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a hard dough with suji, maida, salt and ghee.

  2. 2

    First of all u have to rub ghee and maida with your palm.

  3. 3

    Then add littel water and make hard dough.

  4. 4

    Keep 10 minute for rest.

  5. 5

    Heat oil and deep fry all matar.
