Ingredients

  1. 500 gramDehradun basmati rice
  2. 1 bowlfinely chopped mix veggies
  3. 1 tablespoonwhole garam masalas
  4. 2bay leaves
  5. To tastesalt and sugar
  6. As neededoil and ghee
  7. As neededwater

Steps

    Wash the rice and give it one boil.

  2. 2

    Remove from oven and drain out the excess water keep aside

  3. 3

    Now heat ghee add whole garam masalas and temper along with bay leaves

  4. 4

    Add veggies and saute well adding salt and cover till it gets soft

  5. 5

    Now add rice fry and mix properly

  6. 6

    Add sugar and salt mix well

  7. 7

    Mix veg fried rice is ready to be served
