Ingredients

  • 2 cupmaida
  • 1 cupsuji
  • 1/4 cupghee
  • 2 pinchCardamom powder
  • 2 cuppowder sugar
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Takena big bowlmadc sugar and water and dissolve completly.

  2. 2

    Add rava and maida, ghee and make a hard dough.

  3. 3

    Keep dough for rest for 30 minute.

  4. 4

    Now heat oil and fry all paare on medium heat oil.

  5. 5

    Yummy shakar parre is ready.
