My favourite vegetarian recipie which my family members love to have often.
Steps

At first wash the rice and mix sugar and ghee,keep aside

Now add ghee in a pot heat and allow half of the whole garam masalas to temper

Add the kaju, kishmish and veggies saute well adding salt

Add the rice fry well to combine with all the ingredients

Add water (double of rice) and cover

As the water dries up switch off the flame.The pullav is ready

Now to prepare dum aloo heat oil in a wok temper jeera,bay leaf,red chilli, whole garam masalas

Add ginger paste saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add Potatoes and fry till it becomes golden brown

Now add jeera and red chilli Powder mix well

Finally add tomato puree and mix well adding sugar and salt

Cover it for a while and add ghee
