Blend the cooked ancho chiles, raw tomato, raw tomatillos, garlic, and bouillon cube with a little water and salt to taste until you get a sauce that's not too thick.

Once blended, heat some oil in a saucepan and pour in the sauce mixture.

Sauté for a few minutes.

Add the soy protein directly to the sauce and cook until it dries out a bit.

Once the soy is cooked and fluffy, serve it in tortillas like traditional tacos and top with chopped cilantro and onion as desired.

Serve with lime and taco salsa.

Blend the cooked tomatillos and cooked chile de árbol with a garlic clove and salt.
