Ingredients

  1. 4 1/2 ozsoy protein (125 grams)
  2. 7dried ancho chiles, stemmed, seeded, and cooked
  3. 1medium tomato
  4. 2raw green tomatillos
  5. 1garlic clove
  6. 1chicken bouillon cube (or vegetable bouillon for vegan option)
  7. Chopped cilantro and onion
  8. Lime
  9. For the taco salsa:
  10. 9 ozcooked green tomatillos (250 grams)
  11. Chile de árbol to taste
  12. Garlic
  13. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Blend the cooked ancho chiles, raw tomato, raw tomatillos, garlic, and bouillon cube with a little water and salt to taste until you get a sauce that's not too thick.

    Once blended, heat some oil in a saucepan and pour in the sauce mixture.
