Different kind of paneer preparation .Those who like spicy and tangy food they must try it.
Steps

Dry roast kasuri methi in a pan and keep aside. Heat 1 tablespoon butter add chopped onion and fry till it becomes golden brown.

Add ginger and garlic paste and saute.

Add chopped capsicum and mango pickle. Cook on medium flame.

Add cumin, coriander,turmeric and garam masala powder and fry till aroma comes out and make a smooth paste.

Heat a pan add 1 tablespoon butter.Add fennel and carom seed let it splutter. Add dry kasuri methi. Add above mentioned paste paneer salt sugar and cook on a medium flame for 5-6 min.

Aachari paneer is ready to be served.
