1/2 cupsooji (cemolina)
1/4 cupnuts and raisins
1/4 cupsugar
1 cupmilk
1 pinchsalt
As neededghee

Dry roast the cemolina

Make a well in it pour ghee and roast again

Add cashew-raisins and milk

Add sugar and salt mix well

Serve it with a dash of ghee
