  1. 500 gox liver
  2. 2 tablespoonscanola oil
  3. 1 teaspoonbarbecue spice
  4. 1/4 teaspoonpink salt

    Spice the liver and salt

  2. 2

    Heat canola oil

  3. 3

    Add the liver and fry turn after 4 minutes. Fry both sides until soft.

  4. 4

    When is juicy you can serve it with mabele pap and relish
