  • 1/2 cupsooji (cemolina)
  • 1/4 cupnuts and raisins
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • As neededghee

Steps

10 mimutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast the cemolina

  2. 2

    Make a well in it pour ghee and roast again

  3. 3

    Add cashew-raisins and milk

  4. 4

    Add sugar and salt mix well

  5. 5

    Serve it with a dash of ghee
