  • 1pineapple
  • 1 cupSugar syrup
  • 2 cupsginger ale
  • 1 cupcrushed ice

  1. 1

    Peel the pineapple. And chop into chunky pieces

  2. 2

    Place in a blender and blend until it becomes a pulpy paste

  3. 3

    In a stringer place the pulp and squeeze.

  4. 4

    Mix in a cocktail mixer with the ice

  5. 5

    Serve.
