Boiled the potatoes and eggs. In a pan add olive oil, onion and stir for a minute then add the scotch bonnet, spices, maggi and salt to taste, Curry, garlic & ginger paste. Add the peas, diced carrots & chicken and allow to simmer for about 5mins. Add d patatoes and eggs and make a corn flour paste and add. Leave it for 2-3mins and serve.. Enjoy
