1 lbspinach
1/2 cgreen onions
Dashpepper
5 slicesbacon
2 Twine vinegar
1 Tlemon juice
1 tsugar
1/2 tsalt
1hard boiled egg

Fry bacon crisp. Remove bacon and crumble. Save bacon grease.

Add vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper to pan. Stir until hot. Add spinach and green onions, stirring until wilted. Remove to salad bowl.

Sprinkle with chopped hard boiled egg.
