Ingredients

15 mins
  • 1 lbspinach
  • 1/2 cgreen onions
  • Dashpepper
  • 5 slicesbacon
  • 2 Twine vinegar
  • 1 Tlemon juice
  • 1 tsugar
  • 1/2 tsalt
  • 1hard boiled egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry bacon crisp. Remove bacon and crumble. Save bacon grease.

  2. 2

    Add vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper to pan. Stir until hot. Add spinach and green onions, stirring until wilted. Remove to salad bowl.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with chopped hard boiled egg.

  4. 4

    Enjoy
