Ingredients

2-3 servings
  • 1 bagBaby Spinach
  • 6-8strawberries sliced
  • 4-6 ozfeta cheese crumbled
  • 6 ozblueberries
  • 1/2red onion diced
  • Small handfull of sliced almonds
  • 2boneless skinless chicken breast
  • Poppyseed dressing

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice chicken breast into small pieces and saute over medium heat untill cooked through

  2. 2

    Once chicken is cooked mix all ingredients and spoon poppyseed dressing over all.
