Ingredients

  • 500 gfresh bamboo shoots (removed and peeled off all old parts away)
  • 1pot boiling water
  • a:
  • 11/2 literswater
  • 2chicken whole legs (about 600g) (washed and cut into pieces)
  • 10fresh mushrooms (washed and cut into thick slices)
  • b:
  • 1 tspchicken stock powder
  • 1 tspsalt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsppepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Put bamboo shoots into boiling water and boil for 11/2- 2 hours using medium lower heat. Drain and rinse in cold water. Cut into slices.

  2. 2

    2 Put bamboo shoot slices, A into a pot and bring to boil. Lower heat and cook for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    3 Season with B, taste and serve hot with rice.
