Steps

Put bamboo shoots into boiling water and boil for 11/2- 2 hours using medium lower heat. Drain and rinse in cold water. Cut into slices.

2 Put bamboo shoot slices, A into a pot and bring to boil. Lower heat and cook for 1 hour.

3 Season with B, taste and serve hot with rice.
