Boiled plantain with spices pepper snails

In a pot, add snails, onion, curry, thyme, sait. Stir and add water then cook under medium high heat for 10 mintue

Remove Snail from pot and set aside

On the stovetop put your frying pan add vegetable oil, when hot add your snail and fry on still little brown, remove and set aside

In a sauce pan add vegetable oil leave for 1minute

Add onion and fry a bit then add the blended tomatoes and cook for 5minutes

Add sait, Maggi, snail stock, curry powder, thyme, Cray fish stir and leave to cook for 10minutes

Add fryed snails stir and leave for 2minutes. Remove and set aside

In a pot, add water, sait and bring to a boil

Peel plantain cut into 3 wash and add it inside the boiling water and leave to cook for 5-6minutes

Your food is ready serve as desired
