Soaked dal for 3-4 hours.

Add soaked dal,ginger and green chilli in a mixter jar and make a paste.

Add salt in this mixture mix well,heat oil in a wok make pakode deep fry till golden in colour.

Soaked fried pakode in water for 15 minutes.now drain the water.

Dip in curd,sprinkle salt,chat masala,jeera powder spread sweet chutney.
