Ingredients

  1. 500 gfresh bamboo shoots (removed and peeled off all old parts away)
  2. 1pot boiling water
  3. a:
  4. 11/2 literswater
  5. 2chicken whole legs (about 600g) (washed and cut into pieces)
  6. 10fresh mushrooms (washed and cut into thick slices)
  7. b:
  8. 1 tspchicken stock powder
  9. 1 tspsalt or to taste
  10. 1/2 tsppepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Put bamboo shoots into boiling water and boil for 11/2- 2 hours using medium lower heat. Drain and rinse in cold water. Cut into slices.

  2. 2

    2 Put bamboo shoot slices, A into a pot and bring to boil. Lower heat and cook for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    3 Season with B, taste and serve hot with rice.
