Ingredients

  1. 200 gmPaneer
  2. 1Capsicum
  3. 1Onion
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. 2 tspTomato sauce
  6. 2-3Onion (chopped)
  7. 1 tspChilli sauce
  8. 1 tspGarlic paste
  9. to tasteRed chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    To make grave first put garlic in pan then put onion (chopped or paste)

    Cook till the onlion becomes translucent after that put tomato sauce, chilli sauce, salt, red chilli powder.. And the gravy is ready.

    Now cut the capsicum, onion and paneer as shown in the photo. Take a stick a put it as shown then put the stick on the gas on low flame and let them cook for 2-3 minutes as need and then put gravy on it and then put on the gas for 30 sec. And flame off the gas and the paneer tikka is ready..
