I never knew the proper name for this, but my daughter calls it Cottage Cheese Stuff or Strawberry Cottage Cheese lol I have used different flavors jello & fruits, but strawberry is our favorite :) The frozen strawberries I use, come in a small carton, like a little milk carton.

Ingredients

1small container Cool Whip
1large size small curd cottage cheese
1 pkgstrawberry Jell-O
1small container frozen strawberries (thawed)

Steps

Dump all ingredients in a bowl and mix it up (Do not add any water to the jello, just add it dry)

Cover & place in fridge for at least 2 hours, to firm up. Enjoy :)

Mother of 2, but babies are adults now :( loved inventing new recipes, the kids would enjoy. Still come up with new things, every so often.
