Steps

Wash the mushroom and cut into small slices. Boil them in water and keep it aside

Heat a pan and add some butter into it. Add the garlic and Onion cut into small pieces. Add some salt and saute it for a while

Add the mushrooms into it and saute it a beat. Add the black and white pepper into it and cook covered in low flame for few minutes

Once the mushroom softens add the fresh cream into it and some sugar. Mix it well and remove into a serving bowl

Once it cools, add some cream on it's top before serving. Serve it with pulao
