250 gmtomatoes
3onions grated
2 tspfennel powder
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspcoriander powder
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspturmeric powder
pinchhing
1 tspdry mango powder
to tastesalt
as neededoil

Heat oil in a wok add grated onion and spices and saute till leave the oil.
