Cut the meat into cubes, wash nd place in a clean bowl add the spices, garlic paste, Soy sauce salt to taste, scotch bonnet paste and marinate for an hour or over night. Also soak the skewers overnight. Half fry the meat and arrange the meat starting with tomato, green bell pepper, onion & ending with meat on the skewers. Arrange on the baking tray and brush with the remaining marinate sauce and grill for 15-20mins.
