Heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds. When they crackle add onion and garlic. Saute for 5min.

Add spices. Saute for 2min

Add Lauki finally chopped

Saute for about 5min

Add little water and cook for 10min by covering with the lid

Stir in between to cook properly and to avoid sticking.

Serve hot with parantha or roti
