Ingredients

  1. 2 kgcarrot
  2. 2 cupsugar or accordimg to your taste
  3. 1/2 tspCardmom powder
  4. 2 tablespoonGhee
  5. 1 1/2 ltrmilk
  6. 1/4 cupchopped dry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    In iron skillet put all milk on very low flame for making rabri. It will take 2-3hours. And make very thick rabri.

  2. 2

    Grate carrots.

  3. 3

    In pressure cooker put 1/4cup water and grated carrot on medium flame for 3 whistle.

  4. 4

    In another iron skillet heat ghee and trasfer carrots into it. Cook very nicely till all the water evoparates from it.

  5. 5

    Add cardmom, dry fruits and sugar to it.

  6. 6

    Cook for another 10-15minutes.

  7. 7

    Turn off the gas and let it cool for 10minutes.

  8. 8

    Add rabri to it and serve.
