1 cupghee or clarified butter
2 cuptagaar or powder sugar
2 tsppowdered cardamom seed

Steps

First take heavy bottom pan or kadahi.. heat it and pour ghee and besan into it..

Roast it on low flame till aromat and light golden in colour. Continuously stir with spatula.

When done switch off the gas and take out in a plate to cool down completely.

When it cool down completely add tagaar and cardamom powder and mix it well with the help of ur palm.

Now make small round ball shape with the help of ur fingers and palm..

Ur laddoos are now ready to eat..
