A summer special recipe which is light and pure vegetarian.
Steps

Heat oil in a pan and fry the Potatoes well with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

Now fry the gourd pieces with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside
- 3
Add oil in the pan temper jeera seeds and bay leaf
- 4
Add jeera dhaniya powder and ginger saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- 5
Add the fried Potatoes and gourd mix well adding red chilli Powder
- 6
Add water and simmer for a while so that the vegetables get cooked
- 7
Finally add sugar ghee and garam masala powder
- 8
Remove from heat and serve it with rice
