Ingredients

  • 2 cupsMaida
  • Baking powder 11/2 tspCocoa 2tbsp
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 100 gmsButter
  • 2Eggs
  • 2 cupsSugar (powdered)
  • dropsVanilla extract fee

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl take butter sugar and beat till fluffy.

  2. 2

    Add eggs to this and beat 2mins more.Add vanilla extract.

  3. 3

    Now add all dry ingredients and beat another two minutes.

  4. 4

    Put liners in cupcakes mould or bake in silicon moulds.

  5. 5

    Preheat oven at 180 C

  6. 6

    Put batter till half in Cupcake moulds & put for baking in oven at 180 c for 20mins or till done.
