Steps

First deep fry all veggies except green peas and deep fry paneer and cashews also then keep aside.

Then do tadka in ghee add all spices and green paste saute it for 1min.the add kismis and roast it then add green peas and saute it for few mins.

Then add boiled rice and salt to taste and mix it properly garnish with coriander leaves and cashews. Serve with buttermilk, raita, curry etc.
