Preheat oven to 375°F and spray 18 muffin cups with cooking spray

Add taco seasoning and water (Amount called for on package) to beef and simmer 4-5 minutes.

Place one wonton wrapper in the bottom of each muffin cup and layer 1 Tbsp. refried beans, one crushed tortilla chip, 1 Tbsp. meat, 1 Tbsp. Cheese.

Repeat layers again and bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove cupcakes and top with favorite toppings.
