  1. 3finger unripe plantain
  2. 1 cuprice
  3. 3finger carrot diced
  4. 1 bunchspinach sliced
  5. 1hard boiled egg
  6. to tastesalt

    Parboil rice,for 15min then wash rice put back on heat with salt to taste.

  2. 2

    Then allow water to dry off for 7min.Then peel plantain back wash and boil for 10min.

  3. 3

    Steam spinach and carrot with salt for 2min.Serve rice plantain and vegetables with egg.Eaten with any sauce.
