3finger unripe plantain
1 cuprice
3finger carrot diced
1 bunchspinach sliced
1hard boiled egg
to tastesalt

Steps

Parboil rice,for 15min then wash rice put back on heat with salt to taste.

Then allow water to dry off for 7min.Then peel plantain back wash and boil for 10min.

Steam spinach and carrot with salt for 2min.Serve rice plantain and vegetables with egg.Eaten with any sauce.
