Make dough of flour.

In a wok put a little oil let it become smokey.

Add all veggies into it and sautè till it's almost done.

Add soy sauce, pepper. Coriander leaves and salt.

Stir for a min.

Let it cool down completely

Then roll maida balls into as thin as possible sheets and fill this filling in ur desired shape.

Steam for 5-7 mins.

Open lid and check, if it's opaqe and filling inside is visible then it's ready to serve.

Serve it hot with schezwan dip or chilli garlic dip.
