Ingredients

12-15 nos
  • 1/2 cupmaida or all purpose flour
  • 1/2small cabbage (finely chopped)
  • 1carrot (finely chopped)
  • 5-6beans (finely chopped)
  • 1onion (finely chopped)
  • As neededCoriander leaves
  • 1-1/2(according to ur taste) tsp black pepper
  • 1 tspdark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tspvinegar
  • to tasteSalt (soy sauce too has salt, so adjust accordingly)
  • 1tsp

Steps

  1. 1

    Make dough of flour.

  2. 2

    In a wok put a little oil let it become smokey.

  3. 3

    Add all veggies into it and sautè till it's almost done.

  4. 4

    Add soy sauce, pepper. Coriander leaves and salt.

  5. 5

    Stir for a min.

  6. 6

    Let it cool down completely

  7. 7

    Then roll maida balls into as thin as possible sheets and fill this filling in ur desired shape.

  8. 8

    Steam for 5-7 mins.

  9. 9

    Open lid and check, if it's opaqe and filling inside is visible then it's ready to serve.

  10. 10

    Serve it hot with schezwan dip or chilli garlic dip.
