Ingredients

  • 3small katori basmati rice
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1Carrot
  • 1potato
  • 1/2katori soaked peas
  • 1/2 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  • Salt to taste, Tej patta, Laung, Kali mirch Soaked cashew nuts,
  • 2 tea spoonpav bhaji masala
  • 2 tea spoonbiryani masala
  • Kasuri methi
  • Florets of cauliflower
  • 1 tea spoonbutter
  • 1 tea spoonbutter
  • 1 tea spoonjeera
  • 1lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Take water in vessel and let it boil, as water starts boiling add soaked rice by removing water and let it cook

  2. 2

    Sieve water and put rice in the plate

  3. 3

    Take tawa add little butter and ghee

  4. 4

    Put jeera, chopped onion and saute till golden brown

  5. 5

    Add Tej patta, Laung Kali mirch and mix well

  6. 6

    Add all the chopped vegetables(potatoes, carrot, peas) dry fruits mix well

  7. 7

    Add all masala and mix well cover it and let it cook till it becomes soft

  8. 8

    Add biryani masala, pav bhaji masala,lemon juice and
    Mix well

  9. 9

    Add cooked rice and mix well

  10. 10

    Tawa biryani ready to eat

  11. 11

    Serve with raita
