Ingredients

  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • 1 Pinchsoda
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • Water to make batter
  • 2raw bananas peeled and sliced
  • As neededOil to fry fritters

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, peel and slice raw bananas

  2. 2

    Make batter with all the ingredients above

  3. 3

    Dip banana slices in besan batter.

  4. 4

    Fry them in medium hot oil.
