Kerala special Biryani ~ A Mix of Tapioca with spicy Chicken seasoned with mustard seeds, curry leaves, shallots & red chillies.
Cooking Instructions

Cut tapioca (250gm) into small pieces & cook it with turmeric powder & water till it becomes soft. Drain the water completely and Keep it aside.

Clean chicken (200gm, cut into small pieces), marinate it with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, pepper powder & salt. Keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add 2 sliced onions & saute it well. Add ginger garlic paste, 2 green chillies, curry leaves & saute well. Add the marinated chicken & cook till soft. Or pressure-cook it (3 whistles).

Heat a pan and add cooked chicken & tapioca. Mix well & cook for 5 minutes

Season with mustard seeds, curry leaves, finely chopped shallots (3to 4) & red chilli pieces in oil. Add this to the tapioca mix & mix well. Serve it hot & enjoy.
