You chop all your ingredients into tiny pieces. Mix the minced meat with your ingredients. Add two spoons of your seekh kabab,a tablespoon of salt to taste then mix again. Form tiny or medium balls and then coat with wheat flour. Let settle for 1 hour and then deep fry your meat balls. 😎😎Cheers
