Mix besan, suji,salt, turmeric powder, green chillies paste, sugar and dahi

Keep for 5 minutes

Add eno and mix well

Keep the batter in steamer by greasing the pan

Put it on medium flame for 10-15 minutes

Check in between whether inside it's cooked

Take it out and cool it cut into small pieces

For tadka

Heat the oil, put Rai Curry patta, sesame seeds, bit of sugar, small of pieces of green chillies and let it cool for a while and add water

Put lemon juice mix well and pour on dhokla

Serve with coconut chutney or sauce
