Take one bowl add methi leaves wash properly

Take one bowl add flour, methi leaves, curd, salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder, tarmaric powder,Ajwain, oil add all ingredients put same water binding sofly

Take dhokla maker put same oil in dhokla plat make same dough roll and put it on medium flam 15 to 20 mints steam ready

After 15 to 20 mints check it after than gas off little bite cook down open it and cut it in small pieces

Take one pan for tadka put same oil, mustard seeds, seesame seeds
