In a large mixing bowl mashed potatoes. add coriander leaves and onion, green chilli, grated cheese.

Add all the dry spices and salt to taste together in bowl.

Take the bread slices and cut the edges from all sides.

Roll them flat using chapati roller. roll as thin.
- 5
Brush the edges with water.
- 6
Place the stuffing prepared previously and roll them. press the edges to seal them tight.

Brush some water around the edges and seal them properly

Heat the oil and deep fry the rolls on medium flame.

Fry them till they turn golden brown. drain and place on an absorbent paper.

Serve bread roll hot with tomato ketchup.
