Grate the paneer with the help of grater....now add maida and salt...and make a soft dough

Now make two part of that Dow...one is more than the other one..... Now add 1 pinch turmeric powder to the small dow and mix well

Now take the white paneer ball flatten it and place the yellow part in it and give it a oval shape

Make all the balls in oval shape....put some maida over it for dusting

Now shallow fry all the paneer egg till golden brown

Ready all the spices and onion tomato paste

Heat the pan...put some oil.....now add all the whole spiced mentions.... Then onion tomato paste... Cook for 2 min....now add ginger garlic paste... Cook for 2 min...add all the masalas mentions..cook for 4 to5 min...add water according to gravy

Cook the gravy for 10 min.....now put all the paneer eggs in it...Cook for 1 minute.... Turn off flame...garnish with dhaniya patti.

Your veg egg curry is ready to serve
