Ingredients: 2 cups prawn; 1 onion; 4 tbsp ginger and garlic; 1/4 tsp red chilli powder; 1/4 tsp cardamom,clove, dal chini powder; salt to taste; as needed oil; 2 cup prawn cubes; 4 tbsp coconut milk powder; 1/2 cup water.if thick milk + water mixture; 1./1/2 cup milk; 4 tbsp coconut milk powder; If you want to omit onion you can do so and a little mustard powder mixed in coconut milk will enhance the taste

Procedure
In a pan take oil fry prawn and drain.keep separately soaked in coconut milk and milk mixture
In the same oil saute thin shred or onion just little add ginger garlic paste.when done add
