Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. For the filling of sandwiches
  2. 8-10breaf slices
  3. 1/2 cuproasted and skinned peanuts
  4. 1 tbspthick curd (you may take butter or mayonnaise instead it)
  5. 2 tbspthick cold malai
  6. 1/2 tspchat masala or blackpepper jeera powder
  7. Salt per taste
  8. Coarsely grind peanuts only for 1small churn don't make a powder
  9. for tadka
  10. 1 tbspoil
  11. 1/2 tsprai /mustard seeds
  12. 1 tbspchopped curry leaves
  13. 1chopped green chilli
  14. For chutney
  15. 1small redish / muli....grate n squeeze it slightly to remove it's excess water content
  16. 1 cupsoft leaves of radish chopped and washed
  17. 5 tbsphung curd or can take thick curd without any water
  18. 8-9walnuts finely chopped or crushed
  19. 1small green chilli chopped
  20. 1tbsp..coriender leaves
  21. 1 tbspgrated ginger
  22. to tasteSalt
  23. 1/2 tspmix powder of blackpepper and cumin or chat masala

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Coarsely grind peanuts only for 1 small churn don't make a powder

  2. 2

    Mix it with salt and masala in malai and curd

  3. 3

    Add tadka over it mix all

  4. 4

    Keep the mixture thick and cold

  5. 5

    Trim the bread slices

  6. 6

    Spread peanut mixture over one slice

  7. 7

    Then spread chutney over other slice

  8. 8

    Join both slices and cut into triangle keep them in fridge for some time

  9. 9

    Enjoy these cold peanut sandwiches in breakfast or in evening tea

  10. 10

    For chutney

  11. 11

    Grind all the above mentioned ingredients into paste

  12. 12

    Then put it in to bowl

    Serve with cold sandwiches or hot hot piping paranthas or food
