Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1/2 kgmeat diced
  • 1big tomato
  • 1big onion
  • 1hoho
  • 1 bunchdhania
  • 1/4 tspturmeric
  • 1/2 tspginger
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your meat and put aside. Take a pan and heat some oil put onions and let it cook till translucent add meat and ginger and cover. Let it cook well. Fry untill the meat is brown.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes hoho salt and turmeric cover and let the tomatoes cook under low heat. Keep checking and frying until the tomatoes are cooked completely.

  3. 3

    Add chopped dhania turn once and remove.

  4. 4

    Take another pan and fry onions add spinach and a pinch of salt fry and add abit of royco cover for 2 minutes add 2 tbsp of coconut cream let it simmer for 1 minute. Remove

    Serve with ugali.
