Potato Paneer Roll

Take a medium size mixing bowl add mashed potato and crumbled cottage cheese add chopped capsicum, onion red chilli powder and salt mix well.

Take a bread slices cut ends flatten with a help of rolling pin.

Spread evenly green coriander chutney into a bread slice, place the potato cheese mixture in the corner of the slice roll them nicely.

Take 1 or 1.5 tsp oil in a nonstick tava fry the potato cheese rolls equally.

Serve with tomato ketchup.
