Steps

Grind fennel seeds, kalunji, heeng & dry red chilli and make a powder this is known as achari masala

Now cut potatoes in a long shape (like french fries) wash it and keep a side

Heat oil in a pot add cumin seeds when it's crackel add ginger garlic paste

Now add potatoes saute for 5 minutes

Now add all spices (red chilli, salt & turmeric) along with achari masala and mix it well
- 6
Add one cup of water and Cooked on low flame till potatoes become soft
- 7
When it's become soft and oil comes from side off the flame and serve
