Ingredients

  1. 6Mushroom -
  2. 1/2 cupMatar -
  3. 1Sliced onion -
  4. 1 inch stickGinger
  5. - 2 - 3Garlic cloves
  6. 1Finely chopped tomato -
  7. 1 tspCoriander powder -
  8. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder -
  9. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder -
  10. 1Green cardamom -
  11. Cloves- 2 - 3
  12. 2-3Whole black pepper -
  13. 1 small pieceCinnamon
  14. 1/4 tspCumin seeds -
  15. 2 tbspFresh cream -
  16. to tasteSalt -
  17. 2 tbspOil -
  18. 1 tbspFinely chopped coriander leaves

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash and chop mushroom.

    In a blender add onion,ginger,garlic,cloves,whole black pepper,cinnamon,cardamom and make a fine paste.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add cumin seeds to crackle.

    Add onion paste and saute for one to two mins.

  6. 6

    Add all dry spices and 2 tbsp water and mix well.

  7. 7

    Add finely chopped tomato and saute for few mins.

  8. 8

    Add green peas and mix well

  9. 9

    Add one cup of water and cover it for five mins in a low flame.

  10. 10

    Add chopped mushroom and fresh cream and mix well.

  11. 11

    Cover it and cook for 4 - 5 mins in a low flame.

  12. 12

    Add salt and mix well.

  13. 13

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati.
