Firstly boil the milk in pan add lemon juice when milk curdles switch off the flame.

Strain the water and collect chenna in bowl.

Now put the chenna in a nonstick pan, switch on the flame then add sugar and roast it.

Now add milkmaid and stir continuously when mixture getting thick add elaichi powder and milk powder mix well cook the mixture untill get thick like a ball. Now switch off the flame.

Grease the plate and spread the mixture evenly sprinkle pista slice keep aside for kalakand get set.

Now cut the kalakand and serve with ur smile😊😊
