Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupleftover bhaji
  • 1/4 cupgrated carrot
  • 1/4 cupchopped capsicum (add more or less veg as per taste)
  • 1boil potato
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspblack salt
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1-2bread or pav
  • 1/4 tsplemon juice
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tsppav bhaji masala
  • For coating:-
  • 1/2 cupsoaked sabudana
  • 2 tspcornflour
  • For fryingOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl

  2. 2

    Put all the ingredients and give good mix

  3. 3

    Make a cutlets shape

  4. 4

    Take a plate and spread sabudana

  5. 5

    Take a cup put cornflour and add water in it and make fine paste

  6. 6

    Dip cutlets in cornflour paste and roll on sabudana

  7. 7

    Press the sabudana with the help of your hands

  8. 8

    Heat the oil

  9. 9

    Put the cutlets in oil and fry till golden brown

  10. 10

    Crunchy and tasty cutlets is ready to serve
